Limited Space: This version also included a guest bathroom and a more large sized terrace, which turned out to be excessive for the client. In order to mitigate this problem, we suggested getting rid of the guest bathroom completely and instead bringing smaller terrace space. The liberated area was in turn added to the kitchen, therefore having the expansion of the kitchen area, as well as providing a more ventilated and broad cooking environment.

Client Preferences: Again, the client wanted a more functional and fashionable kitchen. All of their requirements were well articulated and all of their perceptions were integrated into the design. This covered among others, a possibility of adding extra storage space, having the kitchen where the client would also have a dining space and using designer finishes that would blende with the overall space.
